Some things you can bring or donate money for the home:
- Computers! We have children going off to college and technical school in the next year, so we are looking for 3 laptops (used is okay!) to send with them.
- New or Used Children’s books. We are trying to expand our library, so would really appreciate these! (Books like “Amelia Bedilia” are perfect for the childrens level of reading!)
- A desktop computer for the children to learn computer skills
- 10 sets of emergency lighting- for when the power goes out (approximately 3000 Baht each)
- 2 of universal power supplies
- School supplies, and school Bags( notebooks, eraser, sharpener)
- Plastic sleeves (A4) for laminating bookmarks
- Projector screen
- Vacuum cleaner (used is fine!) (3,000 – 5,000 baht)
- Lockers for school supplies (4,500 – 5,000 baht)
- More blankets and mats for the children (100 – 300 baht each)
- Funding for rubber trees before the rainy season: we need 300 trees at 25 baht each tree = 7,500 baht
Vaccination Program Wish list:
- Funding – is essential to cover the costs of purchasing medical supplies, transportation and training local staff. Total estimated cost for the program to run one year, starting January 2010 is in the range of 600,000.- baht Thai currency
- All vaccines (5 strains) is 798 THB per child (targeting 100 ne born children)
Medical supplies, if you are able to supply anything from the list below it will help reduce the costs of the program:
- Vitamin A (1000 tab) (15 bottles at 300bht / bottle)
- Multivitamins ( 1000 tab) (100 bottles at 120bht / bottle)
- Syringes 1 mL (30 boxes at 450bht/box (100pcs/box))
- Syringes 3 mL (12 boxes at 130bht/box (100pcs/box))
- Needles 24G 1 (55 boxes at 50 bht/box (100pcs/box))
- Needles 26G 1/2 (52 boxes at 50 bht/box (100pcs/box))
- Needles 20G (52 boxes at 50 bht/box (100pcs/box))
- Paracetamol 325mg tablets (5 plastic bottles)
- Cotton Rolls (20 rolls)
- Examination gloves medium (10 boxes)
- Alcohol 70% 450mL bottles (24 bottles)
Kinds of vaccines needed: - MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- BCG – (Tuberculosis)
- Polio (OPV)
- Hepatitis B
- DTP (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertusis)

Girls House:
We are also fund raising to build a new house for the girls and home mother staff; construction is already underway. At the moment they are living in the building that is meant to be the library, so it is important that we start construction as soon as possible. Total cost for the girls house is 218,000.00 Baht.
